30.4 Petit Creek Road. Washouts just into the Nooaitch Indain Reserve require a detour at this point on Highway 8 to the Dot Ranch Cutoff Road (Manning Creek F.S.R) at km 45.0.August 5 97
31.0 - 41.7 Nooaitch Indian Reserve. An impassible washout just inside the south boundry of the reserve requires a detour at Petit Creek Road. (August 5 97) Ownership of the railbed running through the reserve has reverted back to the reserve. Venturing on the reserve is at your own risk.
49.1 - 56.1 Shackan Indian Reserve. Ownership of the railbed running through the reserve has reverted back to the reserve. Venturing on the reserve is at your own risk.
The reserves at this time have not estabilished a policy concerning the railbed through their property. Until such issues as legal liability have been worked out, venturing on to the right-of-way through the reserves is at your own risk. Check with the individual reserves for any changes in policy.
